Meet Our Team
Master Tyrone Bullock – C.E.O Chairman
As the visionary founder of Dragon Entertainment, Tyrone Bullock is a multi-faceted leader in the arts and an esteemed martial artist. Beginning his martial arts journey at the age of 2 ½, motivated by a desire to steer clear of gang influences in his community, Tyrone developed a profound understanding of discipline and self-healing through Shaolin Kung-Fu.
With over 10,000 students taught through his martial arts school, The Shaolin Dragon School of Kung-Fu, he has dedicated his life to mentoring youth and inspiring them to become leaders through educational programs. Tyrone’s extensive experience includes public performances, halftime shows for the Harlem Globetrotters, and training U.S. Military personnel in combat techniques that emphasize strategic thinking and efficiency. A recognized Hall of Famer, Tyrone has also ventured into music production and film direction, and he proudly serves as a Peace Brand Ambassador for the United Nations.
Jocelyn Nguyen Bullock – C.E.O Chairman
Jocelyn Nguyen Bullock’s remarkable journey began in a modest family in rural Vietnam. Her tenacity led her through hardships, including time spent in a concentration camp, during which she developed her artistic skills in painting and embroidery.
After earning her freedom and immigrating to America, Jocelyn worked diligently to support her family. Her passion for fashion led her to become an internationally recognized designer, celebrated for her unique styles that reflect her emotions. Having showcased her work at prestigious events like New York Fashion Week and being featured in multiple fashion magazines, Jocelyn’s brand, Raven-Empire, exemplifies elegance and creativity, and she continues to inspire others through her artistry.
Mr. Ruben Burgos – Digital Director / Partner (Mr. Dope Chef)
Ruben Burgos, known as Mr. Dope Chef, is a seasoned veteran in the music industry with over 25 years of experience as a digital specialist and creative consultant. Based in New York, he is the CEO of Urban Media Global and is well-versed in music production, marketing, branding, and artist management, particularly within the hip-hop genre.
Ruben is known for his significant collaborations with notable artists such as Cardi B and Jim Jones and serves as a consultant for independent artists, empowering them to elevate their market presence. His multifaceted approach extends into fashion and film production, making him a key asset to the Dragon Entertainment team.
Virginia Francine Williams – Board Member
Virginia Francine Williams hails from Newark, New Jersey, and has a rich educational background with a degree in Biology from Morgan State University and various certifications in floristry, wedding planning, and fashion design.
With experience at the National Institutes of Health and a career in education, Virginia is dedicated to the arts and education, blending her scientific expertise with creative pursuits. Her diverse skill set enhances the inclusive culture at Dragon Entertainment, enriching our community initiatives.
